What are seven quality tools

Quality methods Q7 and M7 | Quality and Management Tools | Seven Quality Tools (Q7) & Seven Management Tools (M7) Training, Consulting & Online Training

We distinguish five types of quality problems:

❐ compliance issues
❐ unstructured performance problems
❐ Efficiency problems
❐ Product design issues
❐ process design problems

Certain solutions are available for each type of problem. Among other things, we use the QFD methods (Quality Function Deployment), HoQ (House of Quality), FMEA (Failure Mode Effects Analysis) and other quality methodologies at.

We pursue a comprehensive approach that follows the TQM (Total Quality Management) concept

We are also based on the Japanese methods Kaizen, Lean and Poka Yoke. However, the goal of our approach is always the same: The companies we advise should become better in every respect.

M7 and Q7 as instruction and training

To the two Quality methods M7 (seven management tools) and Q7 (seven elementary quality techniques) we carry out separate training courses. This gives you the opportunity to apply these important practices yourself in the future.

The seven elementary quality techniques (Q7) are:

❐ Ishikawa diagram

The seven management tools (M7) are:

❐ affinity diagram
❐ Relationship diagram
